Dr. Marvin Hsiao will be in Geneva for 2 months where he will be doing an internship with the World Health Organization Injury Group to take part in the trauma care checklist project as part of the patient safety programme at the WHO. The goal will be to develop an evidence-based checklist to standardize and improve initial resuscitation of trauma patients. This is a testament to the respect (and our reach) of the Division's research interests.
